1989 release featuring Died Pretty, New Christs, Harem Scarem, Sacred Cowboys, The Wreckery, Dubrovniks, Neptunes, Wet Taxi's etc. There's an Elizabeth Street in Melbourne and Brisbane. I know that much. Could be in other Australian cities? A lot of these bands are from Sydney so that would make sense.

I do not recognise the building but their is a major one in the Sydney CBD named Elizabeth St .
