Brisbane punk compilation from 1985. The cover (and title) refers to Sir Joh Bjelke-Peterson who was the longest serving premier of Queensland from 1968 to 1987. Obviously leaning towards conservative politics, he ruled with an iron fist. During the punk period, he was in power and invited the ire of the 'artistic' community (whatever that is) - he was referred to as the 'Fuhrer'.
This compilation features The Leftovers,
Mystery of 6's, Just Urbain, Kicks,
Vampire Lovers, Young Identities, The End, Razar etc. Essentially a who's who of Brissy Punk. Essential listening (despite the omission of The Saints).

Behind The Banana Curtain' (2CD compilation of Queensland punk).
