Young Docteurs - Threshold
Essentially a compilation album from 1992. Now, almost impossible to find unless you get lucky in the bargain bin. It collected their singles and extra tracks, except for a couple. OK - here's an attempt to time-line their output: In 1979, we saw the 'Bronze Portrait' single appear. It contained three tracks (extra two were 'The Multitude' & 'Ecliptic Mirrors'). They were not included on this compilation. Then 'Running From The Heart' came out in 1983 as a 12''. All tracks from this are on the compilation. Finally, in 1985, 'Around' 7'' was released. One track from this ('Recherche') was excluded. No idea why that occurred, anyway - I have included that track in this download.
Young Docteurs - Bronze Portrait 7''
First single (1979) - not on any of the compilations. It's a favourite of mine.
Young Docteurs - Live Seaview Ballroom
Recorded live in Melbourne, October 1982. The quality is quite good for a recording of this type.
Well, that's about it from the Young Docteurs. If I have left anything out or there are errors, do not hesitate to make contact.
Young Docteurs - Beginning At The End
Another compilation (this time 2016) - but many different tracks. I guess both of the compilations are essentially one compilation. The tracks excluded from 'Threshold' are not on here.

The Baddies - Worst
2001 release with John Morris (Club of Rome - bass/vocals) & Paul Hayward (Young Docteurs - geetars/vocals). And, may we not forget, John Butler on drums (is he the brother of Harry Butler??). Lot's of rock 'n' roll and instrumentals on this album. Me like.
Well, now I'll have to blog The Young Docteurs. Darn - going down another rabbit hole. Here we go again.
Club of Rome - Jesus Wouldn't Like It 7''
You won't find much info on this little-know Aussie Punk ban (with a bit of goth (?) thrown in). The cover certainly hints at having goth credentials. Very hard single to now get. Even in it's day (1983), this was also the case. John Morris was on bass and apparently also in The Baddies. I really don't know if that last 'factoid' is correct. Another member of The Baddies was Paul Hayward (from The Young Docteurs). Hey - I'll blog their album next.
Anyway, see what you think. Some have compared their sound to that of UK Decay.
This was their only output.

Minuteman - Voodoo Slaves 7''
1982 Aussie Citadel Records release. Featuring none other than John Needham - the man behind Citadel and most stuff Rock 'n Roll in Aus. Citadel still keep putting out music - halleluiah. God exists. Check out their site here.
